Pizza samosa Ingredients: All purpose flour (200 g) Salt (1/2 tsp) Oil (4 tsp) Onion (1/2 cup) Tomato (1/2 cup) Bell pepper (1 cup) Sweet corn (4 tsp) Mozzarella cheese (160 grams) Pizza sauce (3 tsp) Ketchup (2 tsp) Salt to taste Black pepper (1/4 tsp) Oregano (1 tsp) Chili flakes (1/2 tsp) Black olive ( 1 tsp) oil (for frying) Preparation: Samosa Dough:  Take flour, salt, and oil ( 4tsp) in a bowl and rub them very well Then add water step by step and knead the flour into a firm dough (dough should be smooth and firm) Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep aside for 30 min Samosa filling: In another bowl take onion, tomato, bell pepper, sweet corn, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, black olives, and mix them well.
