Masala dosa How To Make This Recipe Ingredients: Parboiled Rice, idli - dosa rice (3/4 cup) Regular rice (3/4 cup) Whole urad dal (1/2 cup) Fenugreek seeds (1/4 tsp) Chana dal (1/2 tsp) Chopped Onion (1/2 cup) Boiled potato (4-5 pieces) Mustard seeds (1/2 tsp) Asafoetida (pinch) Turmeric powder (pinch) Curry leaves (1 sprig) Finely chopped green chili (1 piece) Chopped coriander leaves (2-3 tsp) salt to taste oil (2 tsp) Preparation of potato stuffed: Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium flame and then add mustard seeds.  When they begin to crackle, add pinch of  asafoetida, curry leaves, and chopped green chili and fry it little bit Then add chopped onion, salt, and turmeric. Fry it until onion become golden brown Then add boiled potato and lightly mash them with the backside of a spoon and cook it little bit ( 2 min) Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Sambar Dal  Ingredients: Toor dal ( 3/4 cup) Tamarind (1 to 2 tsp)  Salt to taste Turmeric (1/4 tsp) Chopped onions (1 piece) Vegetable drumsticks (1 to 2) Red pumpkin (3 to 4 cubed) Chopped eggplant ( 1/2   cup) Chopped  carrots (1-2 piece) chopped Green chili (1 piece) Chopped Tomato (1 piece) chopped potato (1 piece) oil (2 tsp) Curry leaves(1 sprig) Mustard seeds( Black, 1/2 tsp) Asafoetida (two pinches ) sambar powder( 2   tsp) HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE Preparation for sambar recipe: Take tamarind in bowl and soaked it in water Take dal, salt ( to taste), turmeric, and water in a pressure cooker and cook  them for 5 whistles (at least) in a medium-high flame  Wait until the pressure release and then mashed the dal with a potato masher and then add the tamarind water ( 3 tsp) and keep them aside Take oil in a pan and heat it, then fry the chopped eggplant and salt and keep them aside Add the carrot, potato, drumsticks, pumpkin, and salt in

Hot Coconut Chutney How To Make This Recipe Ingredients: Red chili (2 - 3 pieces) Chana dal (1/2 tsp) Grind coconut (1 cup) Salt to taste Cashew nuts ( 2 tsp) Mustard seeds(1/4 tsp) Urad dal (1/2 tsp) Hing (pinch) Curry leaves ( 1 sprig ) Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and then add chana dal and urad dal and roast them till brown Then add red chili, hing, cashew nuts and fry them little bit Switch off the flame and then add salt to taste, grind coconut Take all them in mixer grinder and blend them to make a paste by adding small amount of water   Transfer this paste to a serving bowl Heat oil in a separate pan and then add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves then fry it till the curry leaves become crispy   pour this on the surface of the paste and the chutney is ready

Onion chutney How To Make This Recipe Ingredients: Chopped onions(1 cup ) Red chili  (3 - 4 pieces) Tamarind(1 tsp) Hing (pinch) Chopped Tomato (1 piece) Chana dal (3/4 tsp) Urad dal (3/4 tsp) Curry leaves (1 sprig) Salt to taste Mustard seeds (1/4 tsp) Cashew nuts (7- 8 pieces) Jaggery /sugar (1 tsp) Preparation for onion chutney recipe: Heat oil in a pan then add red chili, c hana dal,  urad dal ,  tamarind, chopped onion, hing and then fry them until onion become golden brown  Then add salt to taste, chopped tomato, cashew nuts Cook for some time and then add jaggery or sugar Switch off the flame and let it be cool down and then make a paste in food processor by adding of small amount of water Transfer this paste to a serving bowl Heat oil in a separate pan and then add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves then fry it till the curry leaves become crispy pour this on the surface of the paste and the chutney is ready.

Cauliflower  Mosallam How To Make This Recipe Ingredients: Cinnamon (1 little)  Cloves (2 pieces) Cardamon (2 pieces) Whole cauliflower head Salt to taste  Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)  Chili powder (1/2 tsp) Ginger paste (1/2 tsp)  Cumin powder (1/2 tsp)  Coriander powder (1/2 tsp)  Onion paste (1 tsp)  Green chili (2 pieces)   To Make Masala Paste: Take Cottage cheese (2 tsp), tomato ketchup (2tsp), yogurt (1/4 cup), cashew (10 pieces), and fried onion (1 cup) in a mixer grinder and blend it. Procedure: Take oil in a pan and heat it little bit and then add cinnamon, cardamon, and cloves . After 1 min, add onion paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and green chili. Stuffed Mushrooms  How To Make This Recipe Ingredients: Extra large white  mushroom (6 pieces) Olive oil (2 tsp) Onion ( 2 pieces) Garlic (chopped 1 tsp)  Salt to taste Black pepper (1/8 tsp) Bread crumbs (2 tsp) Cheese ( 4 tsp) Finely chopped fresh parsley (1 tsp)  Mashed potato (3 tsp) Chili flakes (1/4 tsp) Mushroom Preparation: Washed the mushroom properly and separate the cap and stem part of the mushroom Scrape out   the inner part of the cap using spoon and keep them for stuffed preparation Peal out the scales of the cap part  Chopped the stem part of the mushroom  Dry out the mushroom cap part using tissue  Stuffed Preparation: Warm the oil in a pan and then add garlic, onion and then fry them little bit Then add chili flakes, mushroom scales, chopped stem, black pepper, and salt (to taste) and cook it for 2-3 min Add mashed potato and fry it for 2 min and then add bread crumbs.  Instructions: Fill the mushroom cap
