Cauliflower  Mosallam







How To Make This Recipe



Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon (1 little) 
  • Cloves (2 pieces)
  • Cardamon (2 pieces)
  • Whole cauliflower head
  • Salt to taste 
  • Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp) 
  • Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Ginger paste (1/2 tsp) 
  • Cumin powder (1/2 tsp) 
  • Coriander powder (1/2 tsp) 
  • Onion paste (1 tsp) 
  • Green chili (2 pieces)  


To Make Masala Paste:

Take Cottage cheese (2 tsp), tomato ketchup (2tsp), yogurt (1/4 cup), cashew (10 pieces), and fried onion (1 cup) in a mixer grinder and blend it.


Procedure:
  1. Take oil in a pan and heat it little bit and then add cinnamon, cardamon, and cloves .
  2. After 1 min, add onion paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and green chili.
  3. Cooked it for few min and then add water (one cup)
  4. When the water will boil, add whole cauliflower and cook it for 30 min in low flame
  5. Take out the cauliflower from water  and keep the water aside
  6. Fry the cauliflower in oil for 15 min in low flame
  7. Add the masala paste in that water and cook it for 5 min
  8. Then, add the fry cauliflower and spread the masala all over the cauliflower
  9. keep it  in low flame until the oil take out from the surface of the cauliflower.
