Veg Momo              I ngredients:    Corn flour/ potato starch (1/4 cup)  Refined flour (1/2 cup)  Boiled water   Salt to taste   Cabbage (1 cup)  Carrots(1/2 cup)  Onion (2 tsp, Finely chopped)  Black pepper (1/4 tsp)  Chopped garlic (1/2 tsp)  Soya sauce(1/2 tsp)  Vinegar (1/2 tsp)  Oil (1 tsp)      How to make momo     Prepare chili sauce:     Take boil water in cup and wet the red chili ( 7 pieces)  for 1 hrs.  Blend the peeled boiled tomato 2 pieces ( discard the skin) and red chili in a mixer grinder by adding little water (tomato paste)  Heat oil in pan and add garlic (2 tsp) then sauté for 1 min  Add the tomato paste, sugar(1/2 tsp), vinegar(1 tsp), salt to taste, and soya sauce(1/2 tsp) in the pan and cook on medium flame for 4 mins with constantly stirring so that it does not burn               Prepare momo :   In a bowl take  cabbage, carrots, onion, black pepper, chopped garlic, soya sau...
