Coconut Chicken         Ingredients:      Boneless chicken (500 grams)  Coconut milk ( 200 ml)  Oil (3 tsp)  Dried red chili (2 pieces)  Chopped onion (2 pieces)  Ginger & garlic paste (2 tsp)  Green chili (2 pieces)  Salt to taste   Black pepper (1/2 tsp)  Red chili powder (1 tsp)  Cumin powder (1 tsp)  Coriander powder (1 tsp)  Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)  Dry coconut (2 tsp)  Chopped tomato (2 small pieces )  Chopped coriander (1 tsp)    Instructions:    Heat the oil in a non stick pan and then add red chili, garlic and saute it for a minute  Then Add chopped onion and cook until it turns light brown color   Add ginger and saute it for a minute. Add green chili, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir it for a minute  Add 1/4 cup water and cook it for 2-3 minutes until oil is  separated  Then add chicken and mix with masala.
