Hot Coconut Chutney





How To Make This Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Red chili (2 - 3 pieces)
  • Chana dal (1/2 tsp)
  • Grind coconut (1 cup)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cashew nuts (2 tsp)
  • Mustard seeds(1/4 tsp)
  • Urad dal (1/2 tsp)
  • Hing (pinch)
  • Curry leaves (1 sprig)

Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and then add chana dal and urad dal and roast them till brown
  2. Then add red chili, hing, cashew nuts and fry them little bit
  3. Switch off the flame and then add salt to taste, grind coconut
  4. Take all them in mixer grinder and blend them to make a paste by adding small amount of water 
  5. Transfer this paste to a serving bowl
  6. Heat oil in a separate pan and then add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves then fry it till the curry leaves become crispy  
  7. pour this on the surface of the paste and the chutney is ready
