Hot Coconut Chutney
How To Make This Recipe
Ingredients:
- Red chili (2 - 3 pieces)
 - Chana dal (1/2 tsp)
 - Grind coconut (1 cup)
 - Salt to taste
 - Cashew nuts (2 tsp)
 - Mustard seeds(1/4 tsp)
 - Urad dal (1/2 tsp)
 - Hing (pinch)
 - Curry leaves (1 sprig)
 
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and then add chana dal and urad dal and roast them till brown
 - Then add red chili, hing, cashew nuts and fry them little bit
 - Switch off the flame and then add salt to taste, grind coconut
 - Take all them in mixer grinder and blend them to make a paste by adding small amount of water
 - Transfer this paste to a serving bowl
 - Heat oil in a separate pan and then add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves then fry it till the curry leaves become crispy
 - pour this on the surface of the paste and the chutney is ready
