KFC Chicken
- Chicken with skin (500 g)
 - Yogurt (2 tsp)
 - Salt to taste
 - Soya sauce (1/2 tsp)
 - Tomato ketchup (1 tsp)
 - Ginger paste (1 tsp)
 - Garlic paste (1 tsp)
 - Black pepper (1 tsp)
 - Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
 - All purpose flour (1 cups)
 - Corn flour (1/4 cup)
 - Bread crumbs (1 cup)
 - Garlic powder (1/2 tsp)
 - Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
 - Turmeric powder (this is optional to make a nice color)

Preparation:
- Take a bowl then add yogurt, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper, red chili powder, salt, and chicken pieces and mix them very well
 - Marinate the chicken for 4 hrs (keep this in a refrigerator). This marination makes the chicken tender and soft
 - Take another bowl and add flour, corn flour, salt, garlic powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Whisk them very well
 - Take bread crumbs and salt in another bowl
 - Take water in another deep bowl
 - Arrange the bowl of chicken, flour mixture, water, and bread crumbs side by side
 - Pick each chicken piece and roll it in a flour. Press the flour to stick at the chicken surface
 - Then dip this flour coated chicken pieces into water and take out from water and roll it with bread crumbs. Then press the bread crumbs at the chicken surface
 - Take the oil in a deep pan and heat the oil (to check the oil is hot enough, add a small portion of the wet mixture to hot oil. If it is rises at the surface of the oil then the oil is ready)
 - Gently shake the chicken pieces to remove the excess bread crumbs if any. Then gently slide the chicken pieces one after another to the hot oil
 - Fry them in medium low flame till it becomes golden and crisp. ( don't make the flame high. If it is too high, then it becomes brown without getting cooked inside)
 - Take out the chicken and serve it with your favorite dip and french fry
