Stuffed Mushrooms 



How To Make This Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Extra large white mushroom (6 pieces)
  • Olive oil (2 tsp)
  • Onion ( 2 pieces)
  • Garlic (chopped 1 tsp) 
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
  • Bread crumbs (2 tsp)
  • Cheese ( 4 tsp)
  • Finely chopped fresh parsley (1 tsp) 
  • Mashed potato (3 tsp)
  • Chili flakes (1/4 tsp)

Mushroom Preparation:

  1. Washed the mushroom properly and separate the cap and stem part of the mushroom
  2. Scrape out  the inner part of the cap using spoon and keep them for stuffed preparation
  3. Peal out the scales of the cap part 
  4. Chopped the stem part of the mushroom 
  5. Dry out the mushroom cap part using tissue 

Stuffed Preparation:

  1. Warm the oil in a pan and then add garlic, onion and then fry them little bit
  2. Then add chili flakes, mushroom scales, chopped stem, black pepper, and salt (to taste) and cook it for 2-3 min
  3. Add mashed potato and fry it for 2 min and then add bread crumbs. 
Instructions:
  1. Fill the mushroom cap with the stuffed 
  2. Take oil in a pan and gently warm it and then keep all the mushroom cap on the pan and fry both side of the cap in low flame for 10 min
  3. Spread cheese on the mushroom cap and cover the pan and keep it for 5 min in low flame
