How To Make This Recipe



Ingredients:



  • Chicken 1 Kg (Whole Chicken)
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Chili 1 tsp
  • Saffron milk half cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Kewra water half tsp
  • Green chili 6 pice

Chicken Marination

1. Take the whole chicken in a bowl and then add salt, cumin, coriander, chili powder, ginger, garlic peste, saffron milk  and mix them properly

2. Insert two boil eggs in the whole chicken and tight the legs of the chicken by thread

3. Keep this chicken in refrigerator for 3 hours


Making  Masala


Little fry  cinnamon (2 little), cloves (4 pieces),  white pepper (1 tsp), cumin (1/2 tsp), Jaiphal (1/2 piece), jyatri (2 pieces), bayleaf (1 piece), cardamon (4 pieces)Cool down the masala and then blend it into a fine paste Add yogurt (3 tbs), raisin (20 pieces), nuts (10 pieces), and onion (1/2 chopped) into the paste and blend it again


Making Of Murgh Musallam

1.Heat the pan add oil and ghee(1/2 tsp)

2. Takeout the whole chicken from masala and fry it

3. Then add the rest of the masala into that pan and add hot water (1/2 cup)

4. Cover the pan and cook it in low flame for 40 mins

5. Finally add green chili and kewar water
