Lemon Pepper Salmon



Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillet (2 pieces)
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper ( 1/4 tsp)
  • Chopped garlic  (1 tsp)
  • Olive oil (1 tsp)
  • Butter(1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice (2 tsp)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the salmon fish for 10 min by adding salt, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper
  2. Heat a nonstick pan and then add olive oil. Heat the oil
  3. Fry both side of the salmon fillet in medium flame until surface of the fish becomes golden brown
  4. After frying the fish, spread 1/2 tsp of the lemon juice, butter, and black pepper on the both surface of the salmon
  5. Now ready to serve the salmon fish.
