Chicken Noodle Fritters




Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken (500 grams)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
  • Soy sauce (1 tsp)
  • Sweet chili sauce (1 tsp)
  • Chili sauce (1 tsp)
  • Sugar (1/4 tsp)
  • Bread crumbs ( 1/2 cup)
  • Egg (2 pieces)
  • Noodles (200g)
  • Cron flour (1 tsp)
  • Oil (for frying)

Procedure:
  1. Cut the chicken into a medium pieces
  2. Take chicken, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, sweet chili sauce, sugar, garlic in a bowl and mix them very well and keep them in fridge for marination ( 30 minutes)
  3. Take a deep pan and add water, salt, oil (1 tsp) and bring it to boil. Then add noddles and stir well. Cook it for 8-10 minutes. 
  4. Drain out the water and dry the noodles
  5. Transfer the noodles in bowl and then add salt, egg (1 piece), black pepper, cron flour and mix them well. Keep aside
  6. Take another bowl and beat another egg and then add salt and whisk it very well. keep aside
  7. Take bread crumbs in plate. 
  8. Keep noodles, chicken, egg, and bread crumbs side by side 
  9. Take one piece chicken and then dip it in egg and roll it with bread crumbs. Take some noodles on one hand and place one piece of chicken on it and cover it with noodles completely. Do the same thing for all those chicken pieces
  10. Take oil in a non stick pan and heat the oil. Then add the chicken noodles fritters and press it from the top so that noodles are attached with chicken nicely.  Then fry it until it becomes golden brown and crispy (both side).
  11. Take out from the pan and keep it on paper towel so that remaining oil on the surface of the chicken noodles fritters will be absorbed 
  12. Serve it with your favorite sauce
