Coconut Chicken 
- Boneless chicken (500 grams)
 - Coconut milk ( 200 ml)
 - Oil (3 tsp)
 - Dried red chili (2 pieces)
 - Chopped onion (2 pieces)
 - Ginger & garlic paste (2 tsp)
 - Green chili (2 pieces)
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
 - Red chili powder (1 tsp)
 - Cumin powder (1 tsp)
 - Coriander powder (1 tsp)
 - Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
 - Dry coconut (2 tsp)
 - Chopped tomato (2 small pieces )
 - Chopped coriander (1 tsp)
 
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan and then add red chili, garlic and saute it for a minute
 - Then Add chopped onion and cook until it turns light brown color
 - Add ginger and saute it for a minute. Add green chili, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir it for a minute
 - Add 1/4 cup water and cook it for 2-3 minutes until oil is separated
 - Then add chicken and mix with masala. Cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame
 - Add chopped tomato and cover the lid and cook it in medium flame for 10 minutes
 - When the water will dry out , then add coconuts milk and cook for 10 minutes
 - Add dry coconuts and mix it well and cook it for a minutes
 - Spread the coriander leaves and switch off the flame
 
Notes:
You can eat this delicious chicken with rice, chapati or nan whatever you prefer. It goes perfect with all type of menu
