Potato Sandwich


Ingredients:

To be maxed into a stuffing:
  • Boiled and mashed potato (2 cup)
  • Chopped onion (1/2 cup)
  • Chopped coriander (1/4 cup)
  • Chopped green chili (1 tsp)
  • Red bell pepper (3 tsp)
  • Chaat masala (1 tsp)
  • Red chili powder (1/3 tsp)
  • Black pepper (1/3 tsp)
  • Mango powder (1/3 tsp)
  • Lemon  juice (1 tsp)
  • Salt to taste 
  • Slice cheese (3 pieces)
Other ingredients:
  • Slice bread (6 pieces)
  • Green chutney (4 tsp), (take coriander, mint, and green chili in a mixer grinder and make a paste by adding small amount of water)
  • Tomato ketchup (4 tsp)
  • Butter (6 tsp, spreading and brushing)

How To Make The Recipe

Preparation:
  1. Trim all sides of the bread slices
  2. Take boiled potato, onion, chopped coriander, chopped green chili, red bell pepper, chaat masala, black pepper, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt  in a bowl and mix them very well
  3. Spread the green paste on one surface of the slice and take another slice and spread tomato ketchup on one side of the bread
  4. Take two slices of the bread then add potato stuffing in between two slices and spread evenly then Make sandwich (green paste and tomato ketchup should be inside of the sandwich)
  5. Then insert a cheese slice into a sandwich
  6. Apply butter on both top of the sandwich and fry both side of the sandwich on a hot pan in a medium flame till both sides turn crispy and golden brown
  7. Then cut the sandwich along diagonal axis
  8. Ready to serve
