Pizza bread  Ingredients: For pizza sauce: Tomato sauce (4 tsp) Chilli sauce (1 tsp) Chili flakes (1/2 tsp) Mixed herbs (1/2 tsp) Other ingredients: Slice white bread (4 pieces) Sliced capsicum (1/2 piece) Sliced tomato (1/2 piece) Sliced onion (1/2 piece) Sweet corn (3 tsp) Black olives (8 pieces) Grated Jalapeño (3 tsp) Grated cheese mozzarella (1 cup) Chilli flakes (1 tsp) Mixed herbs (1 tsp) Butter (for toasting) Preparation: Take tomato sauce, chili sauce, chili flakes, and mixed herbs in a small bowl and mix them very well. Pizza sauce is ready for the next step. Keep it aside Take capsicum, tomato, onion, sweet corn, olives, and jalapeño in a bowl and mix them well and keep them aside (topping) Take a bread slice and evenly spread the pizza sauce on the top and spread butter on the other side Take the topping and evenly spread on top of the pizza sauce Also spread grayed cheese mozzarella ( cheese is also okay. Rabri Seviyan Katori Ingredients: Vermicelli (300 gm) Butter (4-5 tsp) Condensed milk (375 gm) Milk (2  litres) Sugar to taste  Almonds (10 gm) Pistachios (10 gm) Cardamom powder (1/4 tsp) How To make The Recipe Make a Katori: Take the vermicelli in a pan and dry roast it for 5-7 minutes on medium low flame until it becomes golden brown Add butter and mix it with vermicelli and then add condensed milk (200 gm) Cook it for 5-7 minutes with continuously stirring so that they mixed very well (become thick)   Take small part of the prepared vermicelli in a small bowl Spread the vermicelli on the side of this bowl like a nest (see the picture) Keep those katori in a refrigerator for 30 minutes Make a Rabri: Take the milk (2 ltrs) in a large pan and boil it for 30 minutes Add condensed milk (150 gm) and sugar and mix them  well Continue boil the milk. Egg devil Ingredients: Hard boiled eggs (6 pieces) Boiled potato (6 pieces) Cumin seed (1/2 tsp) Dry chili (3 pieces)  Chopped onion (1 piece) Chopped garlic (1 tsp) Chopped ginger (1 tsp) Bhaja moshla (1 tsp) Egg (1 piece) Black pepper powder (1/3 tsp) Bread crumbs (1 cup) Salt  to taste  Oil to fry Bhaja moshla : Coriander seeds (1 tsp) Fennel seeds (1 tsp) Cardamom (2 pieces) Cumin seeds (2 tsp) Clove (2 pieces) javitri (1 pieces) fenugreek leaves (1 tsp) Preparation: Bhaja moshla: Take cumin seeds in a dry hot pan and saute it for 30 sec. Add coriander seeds and continuously stir it for 30 sec. Then add fennel seeds, cardamon, clove,  javitri and stir it  continuously Add fenugreek leaves and fry for 20 sec Cool the mixture and take it in mixture grinder and grind it to smooth dust Potato stuffing: Fry dry chili on a dry pan for a minute and then add salt and saute it for a minute. Chicken bibimbap (korean mixed rice) Ingredients: Slice carrot (1/2 piece) Slice cucumber (1/3 piece) Slice mushrooms (4 pieces) Bean sprouts (1/2 cup, washed and drained) Chopped spinach (1 cup) Slice zucchini (1/2 piece) Chopped garlic (2 clove) Slice chicken thighs (100 g) Soy sauce (1/3 tsp) Egg (1 piece) Gochujang (korean chili paste,1 tsp) Sesame oil (1 tsp) Olive oil (2 tsp) Salt to taste  Black pepper to taste Sesame seed (1/4 tsp) Chopped green onion (2 pieces) Korean rice (1 cup) Procedure: Washed the rice and then soak it in water for 30 minutes. Take 1 cup rice and (1 +1/4) water in deep pan and cook with lid in medium high flame. When water will boil then turn the gas to low flame for 12-13 minutes (if water did not absorb completely, open the lid and cook it in high flame until water is evaporated). Jalebi Ingredients: Refined flour (1 cup/ 200g) Rice flour (1 tsp) Soaked urad dal (1/4 cup, 50 grams) Sugar (2 cup) Cornflour (1 tsp) Red food color (pinch) Baking powder (1/3 tsp)  Lemon (1 tsp) Yogurt (2 tsp) Saffron (5 strands) Green cardamom (6 pieces) Oil (for frying ) Instruction:          Jalebi batter: Take refined flour, baking powder, urad dal, rice flour, yogurt, cornflour, red food color and water in bowl and mix them very well and make a jalebi batter (batter should not be too thick or too thin but has a slightly flowing consistency) Cover the batter and keep it for 8-10 hrs for fermentation (you will see small bubbles on top of the batter once it has fermented)    Syrup: Heat water in a pan over medium flame and add sugar and mix until fully dissolved the sugar and then bring it to boil Simmer the syrup until it becomes slightly sticky and then add saffron, cardamom and stir well.
